Temporary adjustments to Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) are a surcharge to our transport rates which changes monthly to account for fluctuations in diesel prices due to the global fuel market.

To maintain a fair and transparent system for our customers, we are implementing a temporary review of our FAF which we will be updating on our website.
